Overview

Pre-applications are currently being accepted for affordable 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments at Collection at Hopewell in Pennington, NJ. Pricing is based on a sliding income scale. In order to be eligible, residents must meet certain income requirements. Veterans who qualify based on income and provide proper identification will receive waitlist priority.

In order to be eligible for these affordable housing units, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. Income limits are:

FLOOR PLANS

Interested households are required to complete an Affordable Housing Application and submit it with household income in order to qualify for these affordable units. Applications can be downloaded below and emailed to collectionathopewell@edgewoodproperties.com. Applications can also be requested by calling 908-427-3311, or in-person at the Collection at Hopewell leasing office located at 1111 Durham Ave, South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
